These carriers understand and have committed to our high level of quality and customer service. They make daily scheduled pick-ups. If you have a transportation company you prefer to use and they are not on this list, we will work with you to accommodate. Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Carriers: FedEx Freight Old Dominion UPS Freight Conway (XPO) YRC Parcel Carriers: UPS FedEx Shipping Schedule Return Policy 1. Contact your 80/20 distributor or 80/20 Inc. for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) packaging form. 2. Write the RGA number on the packing list AND shipping label of your return carton. Full credit is given for undamaged, unused stock parts 3. Carefully wrap and pack all parts youre returning to prevent damage (and possible credit refusal) during shipping. Damaged or Lost Shipments UPS and Prepaid Truck Shipments: Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on the packing slip and bill of lading. All shipping discrepancies must be reported to 80/20 Inc. within 14 days of receipt of your order. Keep all damaged goods for inspection.
