Casters, glides, bases, leveling feet and anchors are a great way to customize your application and design it to t your specic space and purpose. There are several added features to choose from.
When using a caster, there are options available that swivel or remain rigid. Some of the casters also include locking mechanisms. The leveling caster is a great combination foot that incorporates both mobility and leveling features with one component.
Feet and Glide Options
Glides, leveling feet and bases come in a wide range of varieties. There are choices suitable for different surfaces, such as concrete or carpet, or that provide leveling and shock-resistance. Select from options with a pad that help reduce and absorb vibration. There are also heavier and lighter-duty bases to pick from.
Add Stability with a Base Plate
Many feet mount to the prole using a base plate. There are several plates available; this allows you to mount your foot anywhere along the prole T-slot or end, increasing options as to where you can position th foot. There are also alternatives that let you attach a foot directly to the prole end without the need for a base plate. You'll want to keep in mind that the prole will require an end tap.
